11. Leicester Wildecats
Leicester Wildecats - one of the longest serving football clubs serving the LGB community.
Leicester Wildecats are a football club based in Leicester serving the lesbian, gay and bisexual community. Formed in 1996, they believe that sexual orientation should not be a barrier to playing sport.
We attract both male and female players of all abilities, ages, and races and are proud to be a community club. We even have straight players who believe in our ethos! So why not come along to one of our kickabouts, which take place every Wednesday at 7pm at St Margarets Pasture astroturf pitches. New members are always welcome to try us out - it's an alternative to going out on the scene and you'll get fit!
See website for fixture dates.

13. London Raiders - Softball
The London Raiders is a predominantly LGBT softball club based in London.
Our members range across the board from experienced to new players and our teams from competitive to recreational. Our emphasis is as much on fun and socialising as a community as it is on playing softball. We are proud that our members stay in contact throughout the off-season and we offer a wide range of social events in addition to softball training and games.
As a club, we organize a range of teams that we enter into two leagues (GLSML and Advertising League), at B, C and D Level. The club also enters many members into a range of tournaments throughout the UK and abroad, we run a development squad for new players, and regularly train as a club on Sundays.

19. The Warwick Rowers
Thanks for coming to visit our little boathouse on the internet. We are probably best known around the world for our naked calendars, but we're also a real sports team, and have produced Olympic and world class competitive rowers.
Our calendars help us to fund our sport, and enable us to do our own outreach programme to young people called Sport Allies. Here you can find out what we're up to, how our training is going, and how you can help us with our work to combat bullying and homophobia in schools.
Please support these guys by buying one of their naked calendars or related products!
